· The office will be closed on Monday, July 6th in observance of the July 4th holiday.

 

· ATTENTION Choir Members: You will be singing at Brevillier Village on Friday, July 10th at 6:30 p.m.  Please meet in the Choir Room Friday (7/10) promptly at 5:00 p.m. for rehearsal.

 

· YOUTHFEST is July 12th-16th. MUCH HELP IS NEEDED!  Sign up sheet is available in the side room after each service.  Please call the Church office for additional information.

 

· Wesleyfest 2009 is almost here! “Wildwood Forest – Discover the Untamed Nature of God” will be held July 26th-30th from 6:00 until 8:30pm.  Registration and volunteer forms are available in the side room after each service.  Please stay tuned for further details in the coming weeks.  Hope to see you there!  

 

· Wesbury's 20th Annual Chicken BBQ & Craft Fair is set for Sunday, July 19th, and will be held at 31 North Park Avenue in Meadville.  BBQ is $9.00 for adults and $4 for children.  There is no charge for any of the activities: Classic & Antique Car Show; Kid’s Zone; Outdoor Concert; Sunset Auxiliary Rummage; Used Books & Bake Sale; Crafters and Vendors; Indoor Entertainers; Morning Worship Services with Rev. Pat Harbison 9:45am – McCracken Chapel 11:00am – Barco Chapel.

 

· Kingdom Bound!!!  August 2-5th at Darien Lake Theme Park. Bands, speakers, and more.  Please contact Chuck at the Church office.  Tickets are still available - Chuck has event tickets for all four days for only $125! 

 

· The 10th Annual “Ride for the Refuge” will be held Labor Day - Monday, September 7, 2009.  With rides beginning and ending at Shades Beach and beginning and ending at the Albion Borough Park.  Several distances and terrains to choose from.  Registration forms available on the bulletin board outside the Sanctuary.  For more information, please call Erie United Methodist Alliance at 456-8073 or visit their website, www.euma-erie.org.

 

· Blood Pressure screenings WILL NOT be held the first Sunday of July.  They will be July 12th after each morning worship service at the South Street lounge area.  Cindy Tinsley is with the Youth on the Jamaica Mission Trip!

 

· All Children and Youth workers at Wesley are required to have State Police Criminal Record checks and Child Abuse clearances.
